Immortal Weapons!

Have you been reading iron fist? if you haven't...what are you waiting for!! if you have then you probably remember the wicked ass mortal kombat style tournament they had...and you probably wanted to know more about each of the fighters...well now you don't have to wonder.

This July 2009 begins the Immortal Weapons series that will detail each of the fighters origins!

written by one of my current favorite marvel writhers Jason Aaron (wolverine weapon x, ghost rider) and Duane Swierczynski (back up story), with art by Mico Suayan and Travel Foreman

Cyberforce is back!

Dunno about you guys, but i grew up in the Image/Wildstorm days. Back then it was all about HOT art with all these new young talents coming out...so it's cool to see something like that happening again, but now we've got great writers to go along with the art. So of course i was glad to hear that Mark Waid and Kenneth Rocafort are bringing back some old friends this coming July with Cyberforce/Hunter Killer. You may know kenneth Rocafort from his Astonishing Tales series from marvel (he did the wolverine/punisher story)

Terminator Salvation Reviews in...not good?!

So the terminator salvation reviews are in...and for the most part they ain't kind. Well you know what? i don't care, i'm going to see it anywayz, and i'll probably still enjoy it. I actually enjoyed 3 in theatres so whatever!

More Terminator Salvation goodness! (Hot toys figures)

Turns out DC has decided to distribute the Hot Toys Terminator Salvation line (well one of them anyways) along with their Batman line. But i was totally unimpressed when i saw the image of the new T-600 in the latest previews mag...so i decided to look it up on the web...and low and behold that...well DC should fire whoever took the images for their listing in the previews mag, cause those pics suck! check these out taken from a recent toy show

yes...that is push button light up head!! no word yet on if their bringing out the rest of the line which includes a few other T models, John conner and Marcus Wright.

The figure supposedly ships on December 2nd from DC, and will be $225US (yeah it's a bigger figure and their usual size)

Check it out, Bagley (Ultimate Spider-man, Trinity) on the new Batman #688

Batman #688 out July 8th, 2009 and it begins a new era of batman with somebody new under the hood...it's also rumored that this batman "replacement" should be around for at least an entire year!
